Key Responsibilities

This includes coordinating inputs from relevant departments to facilitate the establishment and implementation of a business cum organisational excellence framework. You will perform horizon scanning to support the development of elder care, monitoring the progress of key work streams for the development of our various facilities across the areas of services planning (providing), communications and outreach engagement, and sustainable corporate finance and resources.

Some Key Functions

1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of the corporate communications framework and channels – website and social media platforms, coordinating with the various departments and facilities for official media reports, messages and publicity materials.

2. Coordinate the marketing functions and brand strategy management, with an acumen for designing, report-writing and presentations, budget planning and excellent administrative skillsets.

3. Assist in administrative functions relating to fundraising, innovative funding programmes including data analyses as relevant.

Requirements

4. Preferably a bachelor’s degree in mass communications or related discipline with at least 3-5 years of working experience.
