The key responsibilities and requirements for the PIC are as follows:
- Handling NEA’s Climate voucher for the SAMSUNG product delivery project.
Responsibilities:
- Handle NEA Climate Voucher payments at customers’ locations.
- Assist delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage delivery routes and schedules.
- Support customers with inquiries about Climate Voucher payment processes.
- Process transactions in line with company protocols.
- Address customer questions or concerns about vouchers and deliveries.
- Provide daily updates and report issues related to NEA voucher deliveries to SESP.
- Track and report customer feedback, including NPS scores, and follow up with detractors to resolve issues.
- Ensure all items are delivered on time and monitor installations for quality and safety.
- Handle order processing tasks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to clearly explain the NEA Climate Voucher program, including eligibility and redemption steps.
Workplace Location:
- 15 Greenwich Drive Singapore 534022 (Warehouse)
- Must be able to travel islandwide
Working Hours:
8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
8.30 am - 12.30 pm, Saturday
