Responsibilities

• Manage Dishing and Assembly Operations.
• Ensure dishing activities are executed in accordancen with standard operating procedures.
• Make sure all special requests are properly handled and catered to meet patients' requirements.
• Adhere to food hygiene practices and comply with MUIS standards.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Possess certificating in Basic Food Hygiene
• Good knowledge in Electronic Meal Ordering System

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the data entry within stipulated time in order to achieve valid placements
• Update jobseekers’ information in the system accurately
• Verify and create new appointment bookings received via the e-appointment system
• Assignment of placement cases
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for union referrals, follow up on enquiries, programmes outcome etc
• Assist with aging reports, statistics generation and other admin work
• Assist with other duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office

Location: Rotation among 3 clinics

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm , 8:30am - 1:30pm

Job Scope

• Provision of basic healthcare duties
• Provide assistance to the doctors
