Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance of hardware and software.
• Provide daily technical support to end users, ensuring seamless operations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure service delivery.
• Follow up on service requests and relay customer feedback to management.
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships.
• Track and manage fault reports, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Assist the project team during new project deployments.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline with basic knowledge in IT concepts
• Analytical mindset to detect and solve issues
• Skilled at managing multiple requests effectively
• Able to work independently
• Good communications skill with pleasant personality
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts
