Description

• Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met

• Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge

• Effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

• Provide direction to shift leaders, and staff to achieve restaurant goals

• Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness

• Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings

• Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in related role

• Great leadership with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills

• Independent, proactive, resourceful and ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Taking care and manage goods receiving and outgoing.
• Proper management of receiving store, data entry, and ensure good housekeeping.
• Assisting and support operational requirements.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Supply Chain, or in a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with prior experience in a similar position would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time effectively.
• Salary package and position will be commensurate based on experience and skill set.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative and logistical support, including coordinating meetings, trainings, and events with necessary arrangements
• Manage financial processes such as payments, claims, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Maintain and organise departmental databases, training records, KPIs, and policies, submitting training hours
• Coordinate training and development activities, handling logistics for internal and external courses and ensuring proper documentation
• Facilitate the onboarding of new nurses, including IT setup, pass access, and other administrative tasks
• Monitor office supplies and provide non-clinical support in clinical areas as required
• Participate in departmental projects and events, supporting additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Business Administration or related studies
• 1 - 2 years of similar working experience, preferably within the healthcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office full suite
• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
