The administrative assistant supports the Agency's Outreach Team through a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the Agency

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders of the Agency
• Organising and scheduling training and workshops with partners and deployment of staff to conduct workshops
• Support administrative and logistical tasks for events and programs held
• Data entry and digital filing of confidential documents
• Other administrative or ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred, however not required, fresh graduates with a good command of written and spoken English are welcome to apply
• Excellent time management skills and able to manage multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic, quick thinking, adaptable and responsive to change
• A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication
• Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
