JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant accounting qualifications

The Project Assistant Manager/ Manager will be part of the development team, collaborating closely with stakeholders and consultants to align operational requirements with the Group’s strategic objectives. This role involves leading technical coordination meetings and project alignment processes to ensure efficient workflows and the timely delivery of hospital infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Guide users in the design and planning of the hospital, coordinating discussions on medical equipment and facility maintenance during design, construction, and post-construction stages
• Lead planning and coordination for architectural, medical, interior design, and MEP requirements
• Ensure timely collection of project requirements, liaising with stakeholders (consultants, users, contractors) to meet project timelines
• Manage user requirements throughout design stages, securing approvals and maintaining accurate records
• Support budget planning to keep designs within time and approved budget constraints
• Work closely with project team members to administer the project in a structured manner, align processes with institutional policies, and coordinate and share information effectively

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Architectural/ Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Science/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related studies
• 6 - 8 years of experience with project management, preferably with Healthcare background
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and engage with various stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work synergistically with the rest of the dental team to ensure effective and efficient daily clinic operations
• Assist dentists chairside and in the operating theatre to ensure procedural smoothness and patient comfort, creating positive patient experiences
• Uphold standards in infection prevention and control, sterilise and prepare instruments and equipment

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in servicing and the ability to work independently at job sites.
