• Lead and develop creative and innovative fundraising strategies which shall be continually reviewed and adapted whenever necessary, to secure funding to support the organization's goals and service strategy.
• Cultivate and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and approach trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the organization.
• Lead and ensure that fundraising goals are achieved and tracked as well as meeting donors' expectations.
• Strategize and improve the digital marketing efforts and social media presence.
• Assess fundraising strategies effectiveness and modify accordingly to align with the organization's goals.
• Lead and ensure compliance to best practice in Direct Marketing, Data Protection and the Guiding Principles for Fundraising.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Marketing/Media/Social Services
• At least 12 years' of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Ability to adapt, evolve and collaborate with others across different environments.
• Meticulous, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
• Desire to excel and thrive in a dynamic social service setting.
• Possess service-oriented attitude and strong in stakeholder management.

Job Description of this Role

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and people-oriented individual. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Collaborate with payroll partners to process monthly payroll.
• Confirm payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews and schedule them for offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and Bangkok as needed.
• Currently focusing on recruitment efforts in China.
• Work with partners to process work passes, as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records continuously.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and annual reviews on an ongoing basis.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding, and update records in Bamboo regularly.
• Update the organizational chart and prepare staff movement reports monthly.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong people orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and employment regulations, with exposure in APAC region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
