Job Description:
• Assist Department Leader with planning of daily production activities and issuance of
routine instructions
• Assist Department Leader with planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance
activities
• Ensure that production and quality targets are met by monitoring production and QC
data
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instructions (WI)
• Assist Department Leader with monitoring inventory levels of raw materials,
subsidiary materials and spares, and raise purchase requests when required
• Assist Department Leader with enforcement of Production shift staff discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collate meal orders from both nursing homes
• Collate feedback, record and ensure closure to all feedback pertaining to the F&B service
• Ordering of raw materials for the central kitchen according to the operational requirements and to handle donation-in-kind on behalf of the kitchen
• Liaise with HR on the mandatory refresher food hygiene courses or other courses which are beneficial for the kitchen team to attend
