• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

The Company is engaged in B2B and Ecommerce Selling of Grocery and Liquor Products

Assist with filling, labeling, packaging, storage, and record-keeping of finished on Daily Basis

Clean up work areas and equipment and remove and properly dispose of debris and packaging waste.

Continually strive to improve Company’s processes for improved safety, quality.

Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic office tasks like data entry and scheduling.
• Additional:
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and discretion.
• Salary:
  • 2300-2500/month salary
  • 9am-5:30pm working hours
