Experienced Assistant Landscape Project Manager (Horticultural) with good plant and project knowledge required. - Ability to read, comprehend and execute project from drawings provided; - Ability to work with design team to propose relevant species and design for site; - Ability to manage the team and attend site meetings with end user / main con representatives; - Ability to source and procure required species or propose similar alternative replacements, if species unavaiable; - Positive attitude; - Ability to troubleshoot site issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

· 5 days working week

· Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

· Matching the DO with the tax invoice & posting into accounting system

· Follow up closely with the payment due from client

· Generate invoices and account statements

· Verify petty cash bills

· Handling of incoming calls and forward to the appropriate personnel

· General administrative duties, data entries & filing

· Ad hoc accounts and admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum O level or Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification

· Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience

· Familiar in Microsoft office ie. Word, Excel

· Able to communicate in English / Mandarin

· Pleasant personality and able to work independently

The construction supervisor to oversee construction works and work under Site Engineer and Project Manager. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include making sure safe working environment for all the site workers. Making sure all the Safety precausions are in place and workers and personal working at site are provided proper PPE and tools required for the work to be performed.

Applicant should fully aware and should demonstrate he or she should be fully understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to the site work.

The construction supervisor should supervise the workers working at the work site and able perform outdoor site work as and when the work required.
