Administration

· Security door access management (including after-hours door access support)

· Oversee and maintain the overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.

· Oversee facilities services & maintenance activities

· Manage office supplies, office equipment and pantry supplies

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

· Manage business trips, hotel booking, temp accommodation and visa/work permits application process

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow

· Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary

· Space mapping and planning

Project

· Manage the scope of ad hoc projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.

· Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

· Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

· Documentation and following up on actions and decisions from meetings

· Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings

• Manpower planning. Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan).

• Events management (Staff briefing, preparation and execution of event).

• Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu.

• Responsible for monthly Inventory submission.

• Managing Epoint. Recording and placing new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc.

• Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)

• Collection of customer feedback.

• Ensuring sufficient stocks for daily operations.

• Responsible for cash bank-in.

• Ensuring parameters of restaurant is clean and proper at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager).

• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Service and result oriented, good team player.
