• Manage calendars or key executivves, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments across global time zones.
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time sensitive, confidential documents
• Make travel arrangements, manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports
• Priortize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
• Overseeing the general office tasks
• Provide support in various activities as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant
• Good communication skills and ability to multi task
