Core Responsibilities

This role is to assist the GMs of BU SMTR (Singapore, Malaysia & Travel Retail) and IEA (India & Emerging Asia) with Head of APAC RCD (Regional Commercial Development) on the coordination and management of resources, information, meetings and conferences.

The core responsibilities are as follow:

1. Support to the GMs of BU SMTR, IEA and Head of APAC RCD to ensure the smooth management of daily matters such as but not limited to

• Calendar and travel management
• Expense reimbursement

2. BU SMTR and IEA Organizational Support

• Manage the coordination and logistical support for team events such as offsite or in house team meetings or team building activities, business meetings
• Plan and project manage any related conferences including identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements and deliver the event as planned.
• Maintain and own the teams’ Sharepoint sites
• Maintain the organisational charts
• Responsible for the yearly calendar for the GMs and Leadership Team (Townhalls, regular meetings, seminars, workshops, collaboration meetings)
• Supports global core processes (people, finance and comms)

3. APAC ICP Support

• Support and coordinate with relevant regional and BU partners during BU ICPs and portfolio management activities
• Work closely with the planning of the annual APAC ICP process.
• Support the annual APAC conference

This role plays an important role in supporting and assisting the leaders and teams in APAC MG particularly, BU SMTR, IEA and APAC RCD.

The role is pivotal in maintaining the administrative order and helping to facilitate key events to drive success and engagement at the regional and team level. The size of both BU SMTR and IEA teams is approx. 80 people.

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative role, supporting corporate executives and team and conference/events management
• Previous experience in matrix MNCs or supporting multiple teams' environment would be ideal.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and self motivation
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated drive for consistent follow through and high quality work.
• Used to work with diverse groups of partners
• Ability to work independently yet collaborate with others when needed to deliver joint outcomes

Job Description

1. Provide therapeutic and care assistance to clients at the senior care centre under the guidance of the Primary Therapist.
2. Perform vital sign checks and, if needed, assess pain levels before and/or after exercises or activities.
3. Support the therapist in educating clients and their family members or caregivers.
4. Lead physical and/or virtual exercise sessions in accordance with care plans established by the Primary Therapist, including activities like stretching, strength training, range of motion exercises, and using physical modalities.
5. Facilitate maintenance activities such as physical, recreational, and other planned exercises as directed by the Therapist or Centre Manager.
6. Collaborate with care staff to raise patient concerns to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, ensuring individual needs are addressed.
7. Manage the client visitation schedule using a weekly planner and promptly inform clients or caregivers of any updates or changes.
8. Monitor and manage inventory for necessary supplies and equipment.
9. Perform basic maintenance tasks for equipment

Qualifications

• GCE O or N level
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Certificate in Therapy Services or equivalent
• Computer literate to do electronic entry into online record and basic usage of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in healthcare/community care setting would be an advantage.
