Job Responsibilities:

· Get quotations, track office supplies, purchase and place orders such as computers/laptops, office stationery, pantry snacks & drinks, tissue boxes, meals ordering.

· Coordinating with external vendors for servicing of aircon, delivery of water, replenishment of vending machine’s snacks & drink etc.

· Update and submit Petty cash excel records.

The Assistant Admin Manager will support the Manager in daily office tasks, help streamline office operations, and ensure the staff and expatriates has adequate support to work efficiently. Job Description:

• Responsible for corporate secretarial work.
• Assist in supervising daily operations of the organization.
