Requirements

Have relevant basic knowledge and skills in hair service

Must have hair wash and blow drying skills

Able to work on weekends and PH preferred

Able to work commence work immediately or within short notice period

Must be able to handle both Caucasian and Asian hair

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
• Assist costume designers, directors, camerapeople and other crew members
• Print and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets)
• Escort actors around the filming area and coordinate extras
• Conduct crowd control by putting up signs, directing pedestrians away from filming, lock down sets etc.
• Act as a runner distributing messages or items within film crew and cast
• Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
• Undertake errands as assigned

The Pharmacy Assistant assists Pharmacist to support Pharmacy operations in the supply of medication to patients and in the management and distribution of drug stock. The Pharmacy Assistant is expected to provide good customer service and attend to the needs of patients at all times. He/ She is required to perform cashier duties and render administrative support to colleagues as required.

Job Description:

• Providing support for invoicing and ensure timely billing to customer.
• Handle accounting task mainly in Accounts Receivable.
• Handle invoice processing and filling.
• Processes cheque and prepare bank in slips.
• Follow up with customer on overdue payment and chase for payment.
• Performs journal entries for company transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
• Able to work under tight datelines
• Company location is at Tuas with company transportation provided
