· Receive goods by FedEx/DHL/Forwarder/etc, check and record by photos.
· Export shipping list from SAP and prepare the goods.
· Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, and waybill of FedEx/DHL, or booking form for Forwarders, arrange the shipments.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers
· Data entry into company ERP system
· Inventory per month and report inventory difference.
· Coordinate with China Team and Hong Kong team via Wechat
· Perform all office duties including general administration
· Others as instructed by Managers
Working days : 5days
Working Hours : 8 hours
Mon-Fri : arrive 8.30am to 9.00am, leave 17.30pm to 18.00( Flexible )

Skill:
· Able to read and speak English and Mandarin fluently
· Minimum 1 years of Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
· SAP, WMS, or other IT systems experience is welcome/preferred.
· Customs clearance, GST experience preferred.
