We are inviting applicants for the position of Personal Assistant who shall report to the Head (Human Resource). The scope and requirements are as follows:

We require the Personal Assistant to be highly organised and proactive in providing comprehensive support to our Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management of Senior Management including travel management and planning
• Organise and schedule meetings and events, including arrangement of venues, preparing agendas and materials

• Minutes taking and ensure timely follow up on action items

• Reporting to the Project Director, he/she is responsible for the successful completion of a project, specialising only in lighting deliverables.
• Ensure all paperwork and material submissions are verified, well presented and submitted timely.
