9) Respond to inquiries and feedbacks and ensure all issues raised are properly addressed.

The job description of the administrative assistant are as follows:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
• Operates and maintains clinic and office equipment, including digital scanner, imaging machines, compressors, autoclaves, dental units, airconditioners, printers, copiers, and fax machines.

Respond and resolve Tenant requests / feedback /adhoc issues

Liaise with service providers/contractors / property agents

Organise the quarterly and bi-monthly AC service, lift maintenance, electrical license, water tank cleaning etc

Managing a Master sheet of Property Maintenance Schedule on each properties

Updating Rental Schedule for Properties

Monitoring Receivables (rentals) and Payable (expenses) for property company

Compile the receivables and payables to Accountant

Prepare and or check Tenant’s monthly invoices

Communication through Emails/WhatsApp / Phone calls / meetings

Compiling/Filings emails and bills on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Prepare Tenancy agreements new and renewal leases

Adhoc - Renew Workers Work Permit, road tax renewal
