Administrative Assistant x 2 positions (Auto)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform motor insurance / hire purchase financing duties;
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team; and
- Documentation and reception duties.
Job Requirements:
- At least a full GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or completed a Certificate education from a recognized educational institution;
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Meticulous and able to multitask;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Willing to work in Bukit Timah or Redhill areas;
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday (Alternate) - 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
