Job Responsibilities:

As a Child Protection Associate (CPA) with the BuildERS team you will assist with:

1) Training/Coaching/Supervision matters

• The implementation of the CPS’ tiered-level training frameworks to ensure that all operational targets (e.g., training programmes, quality assurance framework KPIs) are met;
  • To assist in preparation of training materials.
• To assist in collecting, collating and presenting evaluation results internally
• Conduct training analysis for yearly training calendar
• To support in the co-creation and management of a data reporting system so that periodic info updates could be readily churned out for senior management’s info and views.
• To assist in analysing the training records to provide quarterly updates on the number of staff who have attended courses to track adherence to Competency Frameworks
• To conceptualize and create bite-sized learning content from existing training materials for officer’s quick refresher on important concepts of trainings
• To support in procurement related matters

2) Administrative functions

• ECARG administrative functions
  • Enrolment of new applications
  • Termination of eCARG accounts
  • Maintain database of eCARG accounts
  • Support to users
• Performing secretariat duties such as room bookings, providing technical support for trainings and maintaining attendance sheets for trainings and coaching sessions

3) CPS Competency Framework

• To assist in the development of the CPS Competency Framework
  • Competency Map
  • Training and Supervision Roadmap
  • Competency Checklist
• To implement, analyse and recalibrate the CPS Competency Framework to ensure relevancy

4) Knowledge Management

• To assist in the proper storage and easy retrieval of resources that has been developed for CPS

• Tertiary qualifications
• Good written and presentation skills
• Proficient in using different presentation and communication mediums
• Experience in media content creation, video editing will be added advantage
• Meticulous and experienced in handling data and administrative duties

• Coordinate and assits to book air ticket & hotel for the stakeholders
• Coordinate and assits the stakeholders to claim their expenses.
• Coordinate and make the events arrangement
• Others admin support if required.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently.
• Minimum Education Level: GCE ‘O’/’N’ Levels/Nitec.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Able to work 16 hours or 2 days a week.

The Position

Conduct various duties in relation to corporate administration services & support, such as, but not limited to:

• General office expenditure monitoring and control.
• Fixed assets inventorizing & reconciliation, invoice processing, and also procurement and renewal of goods and services contracts.
• Supporting the onboarding of new staff.
• Contribute to process and office improvement projects.
• Coordinate office events.
• Provide booking support with meeting rooms, internal and external visitors, desk booking systems, as well as assisting with reception duties when necessary.
• Preparing various reports and presentations, as well as provide document management and filing.
• Particpate in facilities management and office supplies coordination.
• Support with services such as; mailroom & dispatch, office security & access cards, business continuity and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
