Job Descriptions:
Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
Assist on payroll processing
Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
4 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of administrative roles, preferably in process or construction or marine industry
Comfortable and able to communicate well with foreign workers
Manage SME with headcount of min 50 to 100
Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation.
Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL
Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others
Submission of Tax clearance
Update and maintain Personnel data file
Prepare Employment Contract
WICA Insurance Claim
Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers
Co-ordinate with Supervisor & prepare a schedule for daily workers allocation at site
Provide support in administrative tasks
Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
FWMI & WICA Renewal
Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave etc.
Handling of Government Grant applications such as Career Support Programme, Worklife Grants, etc.
Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
Able to adapt with Foreign worker Environment
Can work Flexibly without time constraints if needed
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Must be knowledgeable in Accounts & Procurements
Expected to be on standby 24/7 and respond to any incidents that require his/her presence on site.
