Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
• Support other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and understanding of Chinese culture to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commit to long-term work in Singapore.
Preferred:
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with office management software or tools is a plus.
