• Liaise with the Operations Administrator to ensure a personnel records filing system is maintained and up-to-date at all times.
• Liaise with other Regional Business Units when it’s necessary.

1.5 Specific Additional Duties

• Assist Corporate Administration manager to support Managing Director to determine Job Descriptions for all staffs.
• Implementation of Company Policies.
• Actively participate in adherence to and Improvement of the Company’s Business Management System on QHSE related issues.
• Participate as an Auditor when requested for Internal Audits.

Requirements :

• Min. 3 years’ experience in equivalent position.
• International experience preferred.
• Conversant with standard Microsoft business software (excel)

· Design, install, configure, and maintain network and security systems, such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
