Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute business plans to achieve
sales growth and profit targets
- Supervise, train and assist employee in customer service, store maintenance and
product promotions
- Effective planning of monthly staff rosters to ensure optimal management of
manpower strength
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and
maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
- Provide and analyze sales profit and stock budgets/reports
- Implement training of employees to maintain productivity at all times
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times?
- Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide
outstanding customer service
Terms and Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any filed
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a
supervisory role for 2 years
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management
processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
