Responsibilities

• Ensure the setting up of a robust bid analysis system to evaluate cost estimates metrics by trades, categories, cost codes etc.
• Responsible for leading the implementation of cost estimating strategies for projects, including direct labor, materials, permanent equipment, construction equipment, project conceptual layout, outsourcing, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the preparation and submission of accurate cost estimations, cost summaries and bid analysis by E&A team, and concise presentation in a timely fashion for submission to senior management.
• Responsible for the triangulation of cost estimates, actual past project costs, and proposed basis for costing strategy, for discussion and review with senior management.
• Responsible for the setup and preservation of database system for project cost estimates versus actual project costs by working with Marketing, Project Management, Production, Procurement, Sub-Contracting, Quantity Surveying, and Finance functions within the Company.
• Responsible for the review of project plans and specifications and ensure effective coordination between the E&A team and other departments to confirm complete scope.
• Responsible for identifying and evaluating all cost-related technical issues in projects.
• Responsible for ensuring the comprehensive review and completion of the bid forms and to ensure that they are within the given specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring the close monitoring of tender results and to ensure proper updating in the tender register.

Your day to day

· Monitors the personnel of these operations to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention, and personal recognition

· Coordinates exchange of pertinent information between departments within the Division and directs exchange of information with other departments, notably, Engineering and Security

· Consults with Department Heads and General Manager on an ongoing basis to improve business conduct Assumes overall responsibility for maintaining presentation standards to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained

Accountability

This is the top room’s division job in a large full-service, luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with an extensive range of facilities and services, demanding competitive pressures, and a large number of VIP and key guests. Directly and indirectly supervises a large number of Front Office and Housekeeping employees.

- In charge of sales for trade customers, especially western restaurant and western sommelier. Portfolio will be around 20 to 30 accounts to manage

- To assist the private sales team in wine events, wine tastings, Saturday sales, etc…

- To be the main point of contact with the marketing agencies used by Vintage, and to be the leader of the marketing strategy in Singapore, in relation with the Marketing Director of the group

We are looking for an experienced person with connection in the wine industry and good knowledge in wines. The candidate must also have experience in marketing related to FMCG and luxury products.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved for Security and Access Control Systems

· Assist to formulate ITSM policies and processes

· Management of IT and cyber incidents and notifications

· Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required

· Communicate effectively on technical and business issues to both internal team members and customer

· Engage customer proactively and provide timely response or updates to customer, where required.

· Provide Service Performance Reports at agreed schedule

· Oversee and control the efficiency of the Systems Operations

· Plan and execute operations and new projects

· Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the operations and support of both the IT and OT systems.

· Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed

· Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex environments to identify and eliminate network or system configuration issues

· Lead the troubleshooting and performing of root causes failure analysis for infrastructures issues

· Accountable and manage change management, patch management and configuration management for system operations

· Handle and manage major incidents and ensure that incidents are closed within SLA.

Requirements:

· At least 8 years’ experience in IT Service Management

· Preference to have experience in handling Security and Access Control Systems or related fields.

· ITIL 4 certification

· Diploma and above in IT / Software / Engineering fields

· Independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under high-pressure environment especially during emergency restoration of services

· Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player

· Experience with contract and vendor management

· Ability to work independently, plan and provide system solution

· Ability to manage stakeholders and vendors

Job Responsibility:

· Prepare documentation for tender submissions.

· Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.

· Coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects, including collating critical information and preparing final submission documentation.

· Develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.

· Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.

· Develop standards for contracts, including the presentation of budgets, payment terms, etc.

· Review the contractual performance of all parties to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

· Periodically report work progress to senior management.

· Attend tender briefings and/or site show rounds to gain a better understanding of client requirements and potential competitors.

· Upon award, initiate transition kick-off and ensure proper handover to project team.

· Support the project team throughout the contract term till successful contract close-out, ensuring full compliance with the contract and respective legislation and regulations.

· Discuss, draft, review, negotiate, and subsequently shortlist and award sub-contracts.

· Ensure compliance and flow down of corresponding terms to sub-contractors and/or suppliers.

· Manage contractual risks, disputes resolution, and settlement.

· Monitor contracts and facilitate extension, renewal, and/or close-out as required.

Requirement:

· Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
