• Review and update the relevant documentation (inclusive of ARIS diagrams/ models) to reflect changes made to the system. Examples of documentation including the following: 

JOB SCOPE (RISK MANAGEMENT, AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE)

Primary Function:

Responsible for the function of Risk Management, Audit and Compliance for the organisation. The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: -

Direct, management and support the organisation’s risk management process and ensure alignment with Group GRC effort. This will include but not limited to: -

• Manage and enforce the annual Control Self-Assessment for organisation
• Support the collation of statistics for Sustainability reporting to parent company.
• Manage and track risk mitigation corrective action plans.

Programme manage and oversee certification / renewal process for, but not limited to, the following standards: -

• ISO22301 – BCMS
• ISO27001 – ISMS
• Others in the pipe lines, i.e. Cyber trust mark

This will involve the planning, organising and completion of the mandatory activities a defines by the standards. E.g. Risk review, Plan Reviews, Test and Exercise, evidence collection, etc.

Main liaison for all IT related external audits as requested by the management or board of directors.

Training programme management with alignment to risk management and certification requirement. Responsibility includes

Manage the e-training service sourcing and renewal as assigned.

Engage the subject matter experts in creating engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to promote understanding of cyber security awareness/best practices and any training required for compliance purposes.

Track and report on training effectiveness and participation rates, and adjust training content as necessary with subject matter experts, to address emerging threats and challenges

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary education with working experience/knowledge in the following area:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in preparing audits and assessments related to ISO 27001, 22301, and information security standards.

Proven experience in project management.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are desirable.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PDPC is a plus

PURPOSE:

• Prepare for regional monthly details performance analysis, developed from financial management report. The scopes include supports for region and Opcos annual performance budget, mid-year range strategy plan and monthly outlook.
• Maintain data integrity of performance system (Cognos TM1 and Microsoft D365).

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs, and expenses actual result and outlook . Account for variance between actual result and budget with in-deep analysis of rout cause.
• Analysis and monitor regional headquarter profit status, included preparing headquarter annual budget and monthly outlook, monitoring monthly profit status and explaining the gaps, and setting the countermeasure to improve the outlook accuracy based on investigation.

General Overview

The Operations Research Analyst will be responsible for applying advanced analytical and mathematical methods to optimize LNG throughput operations within our business group. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement models, algorithms, and decision support tools to improve efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance overall business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of LNG throughput processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Develop mathematical models, algorithms, and simulations to solve complex business operational problems related to LNG storage optimisation, scheduling, and slots allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and commercial teams to gather relevant data and insights for modeling and analysis.
• Utilize optimization techniques such as linear programming, integer programming, mixed-integer programming, simulation, and stochastic optimization to improve decision-making processes.
• Design and implement decision support systems to assist operational teams in making real-time decisions related to LNG throughput.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Stay abreast of LNG industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations research and apply relevant advancements to enhance LNG throughput operations.
• Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and research institutions to leverage expertise and resources for solving complex operational challenges.

Work Experiences

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in applying operations research techniques to solve real-world problems, preferably in the energy or LNG industry.
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling, optimization algorithms, and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Python (NumPy, SciPy), or R or GAMs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience with software tools for optimization (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) and simulation (e.g., Arena, Simio) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of LNG operations, supply chain management, and energy market dynamics is a plus.

Education Requirements
