Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with end-users, business partner and software vendor to define user requirements and system design specification.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new software to support business requirements.
• Providing application support and change management for existing applications.
• Participate in innovation and implementing emerging technologies in the various application platforms.
• Reviewing software design architecture and updating technical documents.
• Server/database administration and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering;
• At least 2 years of working experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) implementation;
• At least 1 year of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Blue Prism and others;
• Conversant with process modelling and Operations Support;

Responsibilities

• Resolve RPA-related product issues encountered by business users;
• Run RPA workshops to educate stakeholders in the development of their RPA bots;

The compliance team is responsible for preventing, managing and mitigating the financial crime risks, that may occur through the payments we process, for our global customers or the products and services our business provides. Our goal is to be a trusted defence control function, in-order to protect the company from financial crime risks.

• Responsible for compliance & AML risk identification at stages of the customer onboarding and transaction journey.
• Surveillance of transactions on an ongoing basis pre and post-transaction.
• Investigate escalations on unusual transactions.
• Timely reporting of AML risks
• Updating of compliance policies and procedures.
• To provide ML/TF preventive training and keeping of training records.
