The Design team for Kitchen Spaces is responsible for supporting the creation of food spaces in our Client’s offices that promote collaboration and engage & energize employees throughout each day.

As Design Manager - Kitchen Spaces - you’ll work as part of a global design team and support the development process that creates the spaces where employees interact with food. Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Design Manager - Food Spaces on the design management of kitchen spaces; ensure all team members are engaged in each appropriate project phase; maintain and distribute necessary documentation to keep project phasing on track.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all things kitchen design, food service equipment, back of house layout & flow, equipment technology, MEP requirements, goods-in strategy, waste strategy, etc; ensure close alignment between the Client’s requirements and the Food Service Consultant’s design strategy and drawing package.
• Assist and/or own global & regional sourcing agreement conversations with equipment suppliers and keep all relevant documents up to date.

Be able to ensure quality control of all documentation regarding kitchen space design and food service equipment specification .

• Track all details of the kitchen design projects, including schedule and budget and be able to communicate potential pain points to the broader food space design team and wider project teams.
• Understand and identify the unique complexities of each project early on in the process in order to objectively identify the most capable resources, specifically but not limited to food service equipment consultants.
• Support the client on Technical Due diligence and Project Briefs, as required, and in alignment with the Food Space Design Management team.
• Establish and nurture relationships with third-party food operators to not only receive insight on local practices & existing facilities but also to run early-stage workshops for specific local input as well as to ensure full alignment on everything related to kitchen and food service equipment.
• Participate in food/kitchen design workshops with architects, food service consultants and other stakeholders, as needed.
• Be an advocate for the Client’s guidelines and requirements on all things kitchen and food service equipment, ensuring global consistency with regional relevance.
• Overall support on equipment selection, suppliers, manufacturers, etc.
• Support project teams, as required, with concept/detailed/technical drawings & specifications to ensure the Client meets standards and specific requirements for each project.
• Attend site visits prior to construction delivery, as required / applicable, and support the creation and management of punch lists in order to address snags.

We are seek for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage comprehensive financial processes and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will handle full inter-company accounting responsibilities, lead reporting and budgeting efforts, and guide the accounts team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong financial acumen and the ability to oversee various financial functions effectively.

Requirements

• Possessed Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Required to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance financial workflows and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts for inter-companies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including journal postings.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns, and other statutory filings.
• Prepare audit schedule and attend to the queries raised by external auditors.
• Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents to manage the tax filing process.
• Prepare budget and annual forecasts.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries, and government authorities to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Review, implement, and improve financial workflows, processes, and policies to strengthen internal control and compliance and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Provide guidance, advice & support to the accounts team.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding accounting.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

• Well knowledge in the design of the Aluminium Formwork and System Formwork for columns, walls, beams, slabs and staircases.
• Produce drawings using CAD software.
• Assist Project Engineers with drafting RFIs when required.
• Creating accurate project specifications for structural elements with temporary propping and formwork.

Job Requirement

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution. Able to check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability.
• Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted PV system including layouts, Single line diagram (SLD), schematic diagrams, calculation of sizing and BOQ of material. Highly experienced with Autocad.
• Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, Factory inspections, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list for review of all standard. End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and Service Support.
• Familiar with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope.
• In addition to the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the immediate reporting officer

Job Requirements

• Possesses minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable energy related field
• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in handling solar projects preferred (Fresh graduate for Junior position is welcome to apply)
• Has knowledge in electrical design concepts
• Independent and a good team player
• Analytical and organised with good problem-solving skills
