About the Role

Looking for an experienced Network Engineer for our Healthcare client. This role focusing on the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure the availability of stable and secure systems. You are expected to manage project resource allocation and develop infrastructure implementation, operations, and maintenance engineers; scope out policies and set performance expectations. Identifying problems, present new methodologies and/ or solutions to key stakeholders to enhance and improve the delivery of infrastructure operations and maintenance services. You will report directly to the Manager.

Job Description

• Support infrastructure design and implementation, ensuring solutions meet anticipated demand and adhere to current architecture standards.
• Lead design installations, system migration, and integration, overseeing testing and handover of implemented infrastructure solutions.
• Support optimal infrastructure operations, creating documents for administration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Apply diagnostic tools for technical analysis of complex software, hardware, and infrastructure equipment.
• Support the development of reports on infrastructure capabilities and limitations.
• Aid in improving maintenance capability through automation for upgrades, enterprise backup, and storage.
• Identify key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities.
• Support the implementation of agreed infrastructure change requests and maintenance routines.
• Develop reports on the performance and availability of infrastructure systems by reviewing service uptime, utilization, throughput, etc.
• Support initiatives to enhance infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualization technologies, monitoring performance, availability, security, and key operational metrics.
• Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant field and role, within CISCO environment.
• Certifications such as CCNP (Wireless, Routing & Switching).
• Up-to-date ITIL certification.
• Certified (or Hands-on experience) on NAC (Cisco ISE or Aruba Clearpass).
• Certified (or Hands-on experience) on Load Balancer (F5).
• Possess a creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
