a) Looking for experience project executive or project manager to handle daily on site tools-box meetings together with main contractors.

b) Liaising with sub-contractors to come out with project schedule and work within the desire project timeframe for each project.

c) He / she must be able to work independently with mininium supervision.

d) Having experiences in AutoCAD drawing and 3D rendering drawing experiences are prefer.

e) Able to work under pressure without compromising on the agreed projects completion time schedule.

*Follow-up on outstanding invoices and assist in generating reports for payments to suppliers

*Keep records of payments & receipts from customers

*Generate reports of Sales Designer for claims of their commission

*Keep proper filing and documentation of suppliers invoices, Sales projects & payments

*Knowledge of basic accounts & book-keeping will be an advantage

*Perform other ad-hoc administration duties

*General administrative duties such as filing,

*well-versed in Microsoft office (MS, Excel,Word, Outlook)

*pleasant personalitiy/independent/ able to converse in English, Mandarin and simple Malay an advantage

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Construction.
• Experience with Project Management, Safety and Health Management, and Risk Management Manager
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in Interior Renovation Works
• Abe to work independently, and manage a team of workers.
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Must be hands-on, daily inspect the site works, and ensure projects completion on time
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.

Conducts project site inspection on a regular basis

Report Progress claims and monitoring project activities

Monitoring daily process and progress at Project sites

Introduction

This position is for a SPICE modeling expertise/project lead who will primarily work on the compact device model development for BCD/BCDlite/Power management and Analog-Mixed Signal applications. The candidate will also work on development of modeling test structures, technology benchmarking and customer support for mainstream and derivative technology nodes.

Your Job

• Responsibilities will include
• Development of SPICE models for active and passive including CMOS, LDMOS, HVMOS, resistors, BJTs, diodes for bulk and SOI technologies
• Drive best practices in model extraction, QA/ validation & QA flow
• Work with measurement and layout teams on modeling testchip generation to enable testing of wafers across different work sites/ regions
• Working closely with lab engineers on the device characterization (DC/CV/Transient), Data analysis and Model Hardware Correlation
• Development of models for Multi-finger scaling effects, Self-heating effects, Local Layout effects, Noise and statistical modeling
• Working closely with PDK (Process Development Kit) teams to provide world class design enablement solutions
• Maintain good communications with cross-functional teams (SPICE lab/ PDK/ Device/ Process/ DM/ Layout) to executive PDK/model related projects & resolve PDK/model related issues
• Provide technical support on customers' queries on SPICE model & help to resolve model related issues in a timely manner
• Collaboration with EDA companies on the simulator issues and support to meet customers’ requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education: PhD/ Masters in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience and expertise in LDMOS/HVMOS/CMOS device modeling
• Must have in-depth Semiconductor device physics knowledge
• Expertise with SPICE level simulators such as HSPICE, SPECTRE
• Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)
• Experience in a foundry environment supporting SPICE modeling across multiple technology nodes and products
• Experience in CMOS and derivative technologies such as high voltage, LDMOS, analog/mixed signal, low powerExcellent ability to meet tight deadlines, commitments and deliver customer requirements
