•Manage CAD/CAM/CAE tools, including liaising with toolmakers for defect resolution and handling contractual matters.

Requirements :

Professional Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification or experience.

• Experience in semiconductor post-processing or design is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of semiconductors and customer requirements.

• Experience in creating CAD/CAM/CAE specifications and drawings for semiconductors and packages.

• Experience with measurement, analysis, and reliability assessment tools is preferred.

• Basic understanding of the substrate manufacturing process is preferred.
