Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand the scope and requirements of the design phase.
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for the design phase, including materials, labor, equipment, software, and other resources.
- Work closely with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment between cost estimates and project goals.
- Engage with clients to understand their expectations and provide transparent communication on cost-related matters.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact design phase costs.
- Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation of cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate cost estimates to internal teams, project managers, and clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics automation or supply chain solutions.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in Microsoft Excel for precise cost estimation.
- Experience using design software tools (AutoCad, Solidworks, Inventor)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management.

- Identify gaps in tools, processes and help improve them
- Foster an agile culture within the company
- Produce best practices and SOPs for building self-organising and high-performance delivery teams
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
- 7+ years of experience in delivering agile software products
- Extensive work experience as a Scrum Master
- Work experience with renowned tech companies - Certified Scrum Professional
- Passionate about coaching and building agile teams
- Envanglist of Agile culture
- Outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams without authority
- Work experience and passion in blockchain technology is a plus
