• Design and realization of the chip floorplan, clock architecture and powerplan
• In charge of physical design tasks from netlist to GDSII (P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout)
• Lead analog designs during product development
• Physical design methodology of advanced process nodes and builds an automatic physical design platform

skills & experience required

• PhD / Master / Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Integrated Circuit / Microelectronics Engineering
• Min 4 years of hands on / research experience with digital backend ICs circuit design / physical design
• Willing to work in a new start up entity in Singapore
• Proficient in tapeout experience at advanced technology will be a plus
• TCL,Perl,Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design

Job Duties:

• Minimize equipment (Fuji SMT and Vitronics wave soldering) downtime & ensure production meets target output & yield
• Execute effective preventive maintenance & production line support
• Provide technical support to production operation in meeting output & quality
• Work with engineers & production in continuous improvement projects
• Support in all Production/Line activities (e.g. line set-up, proto build, and line fall-out verification, calibration)
• Provide first level trouble shooting & resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues
• Document & report all line stoppages due to equipment or technical issue
• Monitor machine output and ensure it meets the standard throughput
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum NTC/ITC in Engineering with 1 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work well with all functions in manufacturing environment
• Forward Thinking, and able to foresee issues and solutions
• Willing to work shifts and overtime
