• Create detailed designs and layouts for steel structures using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, SolidWorks)
• Develop accurate structural drawings, including framing plans, connection details, and assembly drawings.
• Perform design calculations to ensure structural integrity, load-bearing capacity, and compliance with codes.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure design principles and software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, Tekla, SAP2000).
• Familiarity with construction materials, fabrication processes, and assembly techniques.

Note: This role will require travel and based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• We are seeking a talented Senior Design Quality Engineer (DQE) to lead quality initiatives for our thermal cooling solutions within the electronics and computing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring design and process quality while driving continuous improvements to achieve product excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Take charge of addressing and improving abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
• Strengthen internal quality control processes and improve overall capabilities, particularly in mechanical processes such as metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, and milling. Drive initiatives aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.
• Lead corrective actions for customer-reported quality issues and communicate preventive solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Streamline quality inspection planning by integrating automation and advanced technologies whenever possible.
• Promote effective communication and coordination with design, production, and other teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage task assignments, performance, and development of the quality team, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality.
• Proven experience in mechanical processes, including metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, milling, and knowledge of tooling and the design/manufacture of fixtures and jigs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (includes four round-trip tickets to Singapore annually and separate arrangements for living accommodations).

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree /Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent, recognized by Professional Engineering Board of Singapore

- At least 4 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

What You Can Expect

• Designing highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Implementation and verification of circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs etc. to meet key performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience.
• The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design with experience in high-speed transceivers.
• Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks including PLL, phase interpolator, low jitter clock distribution, Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, high-speed DACs and ADCs, Filters
• In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
• Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits (e.g., serializer, deserializer, counters, dividers, etc.)
• Familiarity with CDR architectures and implementations
• Design experience in advanced CMOS technologies, design with FinFet technology
• Hands-on experience with AMS IC development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision, bench evaluation, correlation, and characterization
• Experience in lab testing of high-speed transceivers

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Develop HW microarchitecture, RTL design and verification for Expedera AI accelerators (Silicon IP)
• Explore HW design space power/performance/area optimization
• Collaborate with HW/SW architects in HW/SW co-design
