• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements and features for semiconductor equipment
• Develop concepts and architecture of new equipment
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps and valves.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings
• Perform design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements
• Improve design of legacy machines
• Application of analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA etc.

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
• Good knowledge and experience in the following areas:

1.Design of automation or semiconductor equipment

2.High precision machine design

3.Design of High-Speed Pick and Place mechanisms

• Familiar with 3D CAD software
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate throughout the project cycle.
• Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communicate with all levels.
• Equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce detailed Mechanical drawings and apply knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

Rail/Infra Projects

• Coordinate resources intra and inter-teams
• Project management, coordination and assist in daily running of projects assigned
• Conduct and minute coordination meetings involving Clients, Consultants and Contractors
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants
• Proacticely identify and resolve technical coordination or authorities compliance problem

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years post graduate experience with relevant experience in rail/infra projects
• Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings
• Conversant with local codes and regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
• Competency in BIM/Revit
• Good track record in contract administration

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
