Job Title & Purpose
We are looking for a resourceful, multi-tasking team player to join our department.
The Creative Services Manager will work to maintain a smooth workflow through the agency, building strong relationships with agency stakeholders. You will manage creative resourcing, the process of projects being put through the creative department, from brief to delivery while managing deadlines across all teams.
You should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a temperament that can withstand pressure from all fronts. A self-starter, you will be expected to manage personalities, projects and timelines as well as lend support to the Creative Services Director where needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain a smooth workflow through the agency, building strong relationships with agency stakeholders.
· Manage creative resourcing, the process of projects being put through the creative department, from brief to delivery while managing deadlines across all teams.
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Collaborate with the broader creative disciplines for integrated campaigns and solutions.
· Work with accounts and project management teams to come up with the right resources, timelines and solutions from a creative standpoint.
· Effectively communicate deliverables to internal teams.
Knowledge & Experience
· Ad agency experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in traffic/operations.
· You should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and be willing to strive to constantly optimize the ever-challenging agency workflow process.
· Experience managing freelancers.
· Experience in print, digital and/or video production is a plus.
