Also, work closely with the team to check if client needs and strategy are being incorporated in the design and submission.
• Identify new workplace trends as well as new partners to engage with by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management as and when needed for discussion around health of the client solutions performance in Singapore
• Work closely with your international peers at Space Matrix to share best practices, leads and deals and client account information and opportunities.
• Propose innovative approaches and strategies to further strengthen the presence of Space Matrix in Singapore and position the company for a larger market share

Job requirements

• You have a degree/experience in Architecture/Interior design or project management and experience of corporate interior projects with at least 15 years in B2B business development in the workplace industry.

We are seeking a new Senior Designer- Workplace. You will be part of our design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design leaders and team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects.

In Brief

Specific Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing interior design drawings/ documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings.
• You will be responsible for preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that quality of work is consistent with company's documentation as well as professional standards.

• You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 6 years of experience

In the process, you will experience working through both B2B and B2C sales channels to help different customers furnish their space. This is a full-time position and opportunity to join a young and growing team. Experience preferred but nothing beats enthusiasm and hunger. That said, this is a technical position that will require you to demonstrate a good eye for interior design either through formal training from an institute of higher education, or from past experiences from an architecture, interior design or interior styling agency.
