• Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
• Drive & coordinate the review of shop drawings from contractors with consultant’s design documentation
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

• Relevant Experiences
• At least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

We are looking for a marketing specialist to join our team. As a marketing specialist, you will assist in developing and executing marketing plans, coordinating, and conducting market research, managing company image, marketing data, and other related work.

Job Description:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies
• Assisting in the management of social media accounts and website updates
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media campaigns.
• Assisting in preparing reports and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, business management or related fields.
• More than 1 year of marketing or related work experience
• Familiar with the basic principles and skills of marketing, including market research, target marker selection and positioning, etc.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with different personnel and teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
