- Must have experience in interior design for commercial project : F&B, RETAIL AND OFFICE .

- Knowledge in 3D max, PHOTOSHOP, AUTOCAD, etc.

- ENGLISH and CHINESE speaking preferred.

- Space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective.

- Prepare design proposal with materials.

- Prepare design documentations, attend site meetings, source for materials and construction drawings etc.

- Work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors and clients during construction/implementation.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

– Brainstorm and creative ideas and conceptualize designs for all digital platforms

– Execute design briefs provided by the Marketing Team and ensure timely follow-through

– Work closely with the Marketing Team to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects and ensure the project is completed within the deadline.

– Responsible for the conceptualization and development of artwork, visuals, and corporate collaterals (brand guide, packaging, digital content, and direct marketing materials)

– To liaise with external suppliers such as printer companies to ensure accurate printing, quotations, and smooth delivery of all materials, including handling press checks.

- Create best-in-class digital video ads for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other forms of paid media.

– Stay updated about the latest design trends and best practices

– Open to feedback and suggestions on designs

– A keen eye for aesthetics and ensure the final design is visually appealing

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

– Effective time management and communications.

– To take high-quality, visual product photos that are in line with company requirements, including setting product shots, styling, and lighting setup

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solving complex interaction problems, humanise product ideas and develop these into elegant application design
• Own the end-to-end design process, in close partnership with product managers & engineers, to create/iterate on concepts through design exploration, ideation, user validation.
• Balance between the practicalities of user requirements and business needs
• Align the execution of design with the rest of the product and design organisation
• Communicate design solutions to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
• Experience in driving appropriate user research activities such as discovery interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, post-launch feedback, metrics review, and the translation of research insights into actionable recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification 5+ years of prof experience designing solutions for software application.
• Strong command of information architecture, interaction design.
• Familiarity with Sketch/Figma.
