Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation & Implementation:

2. Building Management Submissions:

a. Prepare and submit drawing package required for approvals from building management.

b. Coordinate with QP for submission to relevant authorities.

c. Manage the submission process, tracking progress, and ensuring timely approvals.

3. Project Design Coordination:

a. Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design elements seamlessly.

b. Coordinate with procurement team to select feasible materials for design implementation.

c. To ensure project executed aligns with design intent and requirement.

4. As-Built Submissions:

a. Ensure completion of as-built drawings on schedule, accuracy of as-built drawings, reflecting the final state of the project post-construction.

b. Ensure that as-built submissions are complete and comply with relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Possess an accredited Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.

2. Proficiency in a range of design-related software, including 3-D Studio MAX, Hand Sketch, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and similar tools.

3. Demonstrated experience of at least 1-2 years in commercial design projects, showcasing a strong grasp of technical aspects, such as shop drawings, site surveys, and detailed drawings.

What will you do?

• We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients
• UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components
• To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools
• If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you
• Designing and validating new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts.
• Working in a dynamic team that include Project Managers and Engineers to gain insight into project goals and feasibility
• Creating and working with Creative Director and mobile developers to create highly detailed design specifications
• Revising and updating designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback

Key Responsibilities :

• Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations

Yoshinoya is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging visuals that align with our brand and effectively communicate our marketing messages.

Work closely with the Director and Operation Manager to design various marketing materials involves a range of tasks.

1) Collaborate with the Director and Operation Manager to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

2) Experienced in the comprehensive design of marketing materials, both traditional and digital. Proficient in creating visually appealing menus, posters, banners, and sales displays that effectively communicate promotional offers, brand messages, and relevant information. 3) Food photography and styling: Responsible for capturing and digitally enhancing the brand's products for promotional and menu purposes.

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
