• A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, ACCA, or CPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the maritime and ship management industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding:

· You will support the team in the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.

· You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.

· You will support the team in tracking employee contracts.

Event Management and Worklife initiatives

· You will assist the worklife team in creating publicity materials such as EDMs and posters, and manage corporate passes. Knowledge of Canva, or other graphic design tool is advantageous

· You will provide logistical and procurement support in Ministry’s events such as the annual National Day Investiture Ceremony

a. Verification of monthly billing reports

You will undertake any other work as assigned.

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 0830hrs- 1800hrs (8.5hours/day)

Friday: 0830hrs – 1730hrs (8hours)

Contract Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Salary: Monthly Rated
