WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Manage our API integrated partners and support key workflows to ensure smooth business operations

- Deepen relations with our key connectivity partners to grow each account, including optimising our supply conditions (e.g. Commissions / Availability / Content)

- Ensure stable API performance (e.g. accurate Availability / Pricing / Content etc) and work with various stakeholders to troubleshoot & resolve any issues that arise promptly

- Monitor escalations raised by internal teams (Market Development / Community Ops / Tech) & liaise with internal/external stakeholders to find a resolution

- Project manage new connectivity partner launches & ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are met

- Support Finance team with periodic financial reconciliation of accounts & sales forecasting

WHAT EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO HAVE?

- 4+ years experience in working with API partners as an Technical Account Management / Sales / Business Development, ideally in an OTA

- Stakeholder management skills - you enjoy working with cross functional teams in order to drive business objectives

- Excellent communication - you are an effective communicator who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels through the use of data and story-telling

- Problem solving skills - you enjoy troubleshooting complex issues & finding creative solutions

- Strong Negotiation skills - you’re able to score win-win deals & ensure the best commercial/operational arrangements for Pelago & its customers

We are looking for a HR Administrator on a 6 months contract to mainly assisting with rebadging process and other administrative matters.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in rebadging process such as printing of staff ID, update HRIS system and prepare notification letter to employees.
• Assist in registering employee faces in the biometric time attendance machine.
• Develop and maintain electronic personnel files and ensure all manual personnel files are accurately filed/converted into electronic personnel files.
• Assist in archiving old records.
• Assist payroll in verifying time attendance.
• Carry out administrative duties (e.g. data entry, copying, binding, scanning etc).
• Resolve administrative problems and implement improvements to make them more efficient.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven admin or assistant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Meticulous and task-oriented
• Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
• Students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• At least GCE A Levels or any Diploma.

Liaise with subcontractors and workers to complete projects

Requirements:

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Good knowledge of construction project planning, resources and manpower allocation to assist Project Manager.

Excellent listening, communication, and presenting skills.
