• To foster the growth of inline skating as a safe & fun activity for people of all ages.
• To take part in lesson planning and be able to provide constructive feedback for learners
• To plan, coach, monitor, assess and grade student progress on an ongoing basis
• To understand the importance of maintaining our rental equipments and teachingmaterials
• Take part in the planning of logistics and administrative tasks of running an inline skatingschool
• To build a dynamic community of inline skaters in Singapore.
• Planning of bi-yearly event such as Night Skating, Skating in Urban Conditions, SkateCamps and more.

Requirements:

• Has coaching experience in any sport.
• Does not need to know how to skate as training is provided.
• Sport related qualifications or certifications preferred.

• Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
• Location: North-East (Airport Road)

Responsibilities:

• To provide day-to-day support in HR and Administrative functions
• Coordination of Annual or Bi-Annual screening (Drug Test, Audiometric, SATA, etc)
• Assist in ordering and issuance of uniforms/safety shoes/ PPE upon onboarding
• Submit e-invoices online and Issuance of Purchase Orders

• Maintenance of Company’s property – e.g., office/ computer equipment, communications infrastructure, car park allocations etc.
• Manage and order stationery supplies
• Data Entry, Filing, and Document Organisation
• Assist in the organizing of various company activities, team building, employee care, etc.
• Attend to HR queries from employees and escalate (if necessary)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in HR, Administrative or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Administrative role
• Possess knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass requirements
• Result-oriented person who is organized, meticulous, resourceful, and with good problem-solving skills

Job Roles:

To lead and manage new vehicle Pricing Strategy process supporting UD Trucks International Sales vision. Orchestrate with other functions and projects the price position strategy supporting value delivery and maximize financial opportunities. Acting as a window for direction, recommendation, and analysis supporting business decision with data-based information. Responsible for setup and development of pricing function, tools, and process.

Responsiblities:

• Manage the pricing governance process within UD International Sales in line with Business Manual.
• Lead in coordination with product management and project teams the new truck price position and feature price strategies.
• Monitor prices by regular price realization report and positioning review.
• Act as point of contact and reference for pricing information and input for other teams and processes.
• Prospect pricing data for pricing intelligence and develop reporting and information repositories.
• Manage pricing implementation for direct importer markets price list release and intro blocks.
• Conduct ad hoc price reviews in cooperation with invoicing, accounting, business control team.
• Support financial estimates with pricing inputs and action plan to deploy wish pricing position strategy.
• Deliver quotations and deal discount as per demand.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
• Responsible for pricing base logic in related sales systems and tools.
• Responsible for pricing and discount data in line with JSOX requirements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Competencies / Experiences:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics.
• Over 5 years of experience in pricing strategizing within automotive industry, in special with commercial vehicle segment and preferably in multinational companies.
• Curious and learning oriented.
• Self-starter with a proactive and can-do mindset.
• Understand the transport industry trends and technologies.
• Business acumen understanding of the price and value dynamic from customer’s perspective.
• Ability to collect, organize and use price information and translate it into operational and tactical actions with critical thinking and influence for strategic recommendations.
• Disciplined and organized in managing operational and routine activities.
• Possesses leadership, communication, interpersonal and influential skills.
• Ability to connect the strategical, tactical, and operational activities.
