• Assist in daily administration work and answers phone calls
• Liaising and coordinating with workers/supervisors and/or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
• Assist in updating and maintaining employees' personal records
• Responsible to administer employee leave and attendance
• Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
• Assist in updating all daily records into company system.
• Assist to follow up company insurance renewal.
• Other ad-hoc as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Therapists in providing appropriate therapy treatments (includes lifting, transferring and transporting patients) onto both inpatients and outpatients
• Responsible for the housekeeping of the Rehabilitation equipment and perform other adhoc duties assigned by the Therapists

Requirements:

• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support)
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a healthcare setting would be an added advantage
• Outgoing, confident and friendly
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Passionate about working with the elderly
