Job Responsibilities:
ยท Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
ยท On Boarding/off-boarding of workers, including arrange medical check-up, CSOC, levy bond and etc
ยท Calculations of workersโ overtime,payroll
ยท Update and keep record of workersโ leave , medical leave ,home leave
ยท Workerโs training โ include Core Trade Renewal / New Courses and others safety related courses
ยท Manage Workerโs Dormitory, arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
ยท Update Dormitory record and the movement of foreign workers list for various project sites
ยท Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters.
ยท Assist in training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
ยท Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
ยท Assist with day-to-day operations in the department.

Job Requirements:
ยทPossess min O level. A Level or a Diploma or in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
ยทKnowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices is a must
ยทMinimum 1 Years of relevant experience.
ยทWorking experience on worker management will be an added advantage
ยทProficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
ยทAbility to multi-task, work independently.
ยทAbility to work 5.5 days with alternate saturday off
ยทAble to start immediately or within a short notice.
