We are looking for full time and part-time clinic assistants for our clinic in Punggol.

Job Description

• Perform administrative and receptionist duties
• Answering of telephone calls and enquiries from patients
• Registration of patients for their appointments and discarding patients after their treatment (include payment, medicine dispensing, cheduling of next appointment etc)
• Maintaining appointment schedules by calling patients for follow-up and for recall appointments
• Manage supplier accounts, filling of invoices, payment to suppliers, ordering new supplies
• CHAS, Medisave and HSG submissions
• Lab cases-send out, receive and ensure cases are ready for patient’s appointment
• Chaperone Doctor when needed in clinic
• Chaperone Doctor when needed in Homecare
• Any other administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Experience in home care services is an advantage
• Able to work on Saturdays, 8.00am to 1.00pm

Sales Assistant Manager

• Support sales team in solution sales.

• Prospecting and identifying new market opportunities and establish new solution business model.

• Maintain and build good working relationship with existing and new customers and distributors.

• Formulate effective sales strategies to ensure share market share gains, increased profitability.

As a Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore) we rely on you to:

• Responsible for implementing all sales activities for multi-property to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
• Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Development sales team.
• Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
