Job scopes:

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

• To develop, implement and maintain of Quality Plan and Procedures to ensure targets are achieved.

• To establish and manage a quality programme for the Company to meet stringent quality

requirements.

• To ensure smooth progressing and timely completion of quality works according to ISO 9001 : 2008 and BCA

CONQUAS requirements.

• Review Inspection, Test, Plans as submitted by the sub-contractor’s and ensure compliance with authorities/client's requirements.

• Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with site engineers, issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance.

• Monitoring and checking calibration of plants, equipment and testing instruments.

• Monitoring plant conditions and material production during construction phase.

• Approval of source of materials, keeping track of the testing, quality and usage of materials procured for the works.

• Perform inspections of deliverables to ensure that material is as per approvals.

• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

• Familiar with LTA projects job specifications in both civil and architectural works

• At least 3 years QA/QC experience in construction industry

• Drive component level FA analysis in the Lab
• Collaborate with Production and manage the FA process in a streamlined
• Drive FA process improvement
• Take charge for final consolidation of FA reports
• Arrange FA process review with engineers and Plant.
• Support Engineers for all lab related activities. (soldering rework, harness fabrication, proto build)
• Work with engineers for equipment procurement, installations and commissioning.
• Collaborate with plant facilities to setup/maintain lab facilities
• Support lab audits (IATF16949, ESD)
• Maintain housekeeping / safety practices
• Participate in cost and quality initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to perform X-ray/C-Sam on semiconductor device.
• Able to perform grinding and decap on semiconductor device
• Able to develop good working relationship with colleagues and vendors.
• Good organizing skills,
• Able to work with Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
• Familiar with typical test equipment power supply, oscilloscope, datalogger, etc.
• Experience in soldering/rework/proto build is an advantage
