• Prepare, monitor & revise the company’s budget to ensure the implementation of all activities.
• Ensure that the pricing of products and services is in line with the relevant Principal Brand pricing requirements.

• Ensure that the sales team is well informed and trained on company products and services.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department and support them in conducting consumer and market research, conducting analysis exercises, gathering relevant data on customers and competition to identify growth opportunities and ensure increased sales.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Training department to identify the required competencies and skills to enhance the teams’ knowledge.
• Liaise with the Purchase department to replenish stocks based on customer demand.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse department to ensure timely and smooth dispatch and delivery of items.
• Generate sales related reports like sales forecast, sales performance, sales risk etc.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environment regulations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Diploma/Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or instrumentation will be an added advantage.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience is a plus.
• Excellent business communication required.
• Experience in leading a sales team.
