Job Descriptions

• Maintain overall cleanliness, tidiness & hygiene of restaurant at all times
• Manage daily reservations
• Welcome & attend to guests' enquiries
• Provide good customer experience. Making guests' feel comfortable & like home
• Explain food & wine menu to guests
• Recommend and take food & beverage order
• Manage inventories and assist in administrative duties
• Wash & wipe dry glasswares
• Events setup & service
• Event Management & Marketing

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 year of similar job experience in Gastro-Pubs, Western restaurants
• Passionate in ensuring good dining experience for all guests & delivering quality service
• Well groomed, friendly personality with good customer service skills
• Able to work on weekends
• Basic Wine knowledge and proper wine service
• Very organised and resourceful
• Ability to use POS machine
• Good Service Etiquette
• Able to manage and lead junior crew
• Able to handle customer complaint
• Good attitude
• Eager to learn

Benefits

• Bonus subject to performance.
• AL ( 14 Days ).
• OT most of the time not require but if need we will pay OT when come to work for non opening days.
• $200 Split shift allowance per month ( prorated to number of day the employee works )

Working Hours

• Tues - Sat ( 5 working days )
• Sunday Monday and public holiday ( Off )
• 11am - 2pm
• 4:30pm - 10pm

• Understand our salon products & services.

• Coordinating the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understanding the importance of hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.

• Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace.

• Establish contact and developing relationships with customers.

• Recommend hairstyle, coloring and treatment, according to the client’s preference.

• Hands-on experience in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.

• Style customer's hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.

• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)

• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.

• ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.

• Inform clients about new services, Promotions and discounts.

• Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon promotion campaign & advertising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year working experience.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset and a good eye for design.

• Able to work any shift or split shift

• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday.
